Super Human

Super Human is a book about four teenagers who live in a world that is essentially like our own, but in this world, super heroes protect the streets from super villains. These four teenagers, Abigail “Abby” De Luyando, Rosalyn “Roz” Dalton, Thunder, and Lance McKendrick, all have extraordinary powers or useful skills. but their new found powers are put to the test when a group of Super Villains led by the vicious Slaughter, a very dangerous and ruthless Super Villain, try to raise The Fifth King, the first super human, who just so happens to be nearly invincible. And just to make matters worse, a bio-engineered plague that only affects adults is released by Slaughter, giving all the adult super heroes a sick day, and paving the way for Slaughter and her group of Super Villains to initiate their plan to raise The Fifth King, and the only people who can stop them is the newly found group of super heroes who are just starting to master their own powers.

Some people might think I am overacting when I say this, but I will say it anyway! This was one of the best books that I have ever read. I would recommend this book to many people, but the only people who would actually like my suggestion would be fans of super hero novels/graphic novels and fans of action and adventure.

Worst – 2 – 3 – 4 – 5 – 6 – 7 – 8 – 9 – Best

I would rate Super Human 10 out of 10! I absolutely loved this book! And if you liked it as much as I did, it is a series! It is also a prequel to Michael Carroll’s Quantum Prophecy series. There are no movie versions of the Super Human series or of the Quantum Prophecy series.

Quantum Prophecy

1. The Awakening

2. The Gathering

3. The Reckoning

Super Human

1. Super Human

2. The Ascension

3. Stronger
